SYM Superyacht Management were appointed to provide yacht management and maritime consultancy services to one of our established clients who purchased a Sunseeker 131 whilst still in build and wanted an experienced, responsive and fully engaged advisory capability supporting his Private Office and on-board team.

One year on, the Yacht has been delivered, flagged, insured, staffed, trialled, shipped to the Caribbean and into operations and Client use, all within the context of CV19. Along the way there have been inevitable challenges both expected and unexpected.

Throughout SYM have been relied upon and their appointment has been of immense and undeniable value, far exceeding the cost/benefit expectation; both Owner and Captain are unanimous in this view and are incredibly appreciative to SYM for their contribution and support during the last 12 months. 

Never has the phone not been answered, nor an email not been responded to.  Whether routine or critically urgent, SYM have been exhaustive in their engagement, providing informed advice and action.  The re-assurance this has provided all parties cannot be overstated.  To have a friendly and available team who implicitly understand the issues of Yacht ownership and are always willing to assist cannot be underestimated.  It has ensured our yacht ownership has, despite some first year challenges remained overwhelmingly positive.  SYM have ensured this and they have contributed to every aspect of the ownership journey to date.
